In the opinion of many, the original 1200 Custom put together an unbeatable combination of Sportster® performance and Harley-Davidson® good looks. Just the chromed-out 1200 engine was enough to have riders drooling on their boots. For 1999 we’ve dialed it up to the next notch. The foot controls are forward, pushing the styling even further. The front suspension is taller. There are classic new drag bars on the Custom’s unique chrome riser. It’s a dazzling look, from the 21ä laced front wheel to the slotted disc in the rear. We could only top it with a cloisonné emblem on the tank.
