  • "The sevice department saved my ride to Rolling Thunder in Washington DC. They went way above and beyond to get me back on the road. They were completely professional and took care of my bike like it was one of there own. When I called about my problem I was told the owner said "Tell him he needs to get that bike in here and we'll take care of it. We called Chris sent Steve with a trailer to get us and brought us back to the dealership and fixed our bike for us and we were back on the road within an hour of arriving at the dealership.   • "My husband and I would just like to thank the mechanics at your dealership. We were on a 9 day bike ride and on our 8th day our 2015 Harley Streetglide's shifter went out. We were about an hour away and it was late afternoon. Your dealership waited for us, got us right in, had us out in less than an hour and we were back on the road with the rest of the group.   • "Went in about closing time on a Saturday and Rich went ahead and did my credit app and said he would call when they opened to let me know. I got the call and he said I was good so went in about an hour later and filled the rest of the paperwork out and walked out being a proud owner of a 2016 Road Glide. Rich is an excellent salesman, and if my friends are looking to buy a Harley I will definitely send them to Mann's and have them ask for Rich.   • "I had cams installed into my 2015 street glide by Chris and the service guys.. The job was priced right the work was done right and on time. There was a question arise during the installation of the cams. A quick phone call from Chris to double check with me for a answer to the question. It was nice for him to care enough to ask me for my answer for my bike. Most dealers don't care about you or your bike only if can pay the their bill. Mann's HD did great work and guys do care about the riders and motorcycles!"

  • "I purchased my 2014, second brand new FLHTK Ultra Limited from Manns and had a absolute great experience. We purchased it on December 26th, 2014. I will be purchasing all the rest of my rides here at Manns Harley Davidson. Also the parts dept, (Dave) is awesome and is very patient and is always very helpful. The service dept get's a 10 too for all that they do. They are also very helpful and patient in fulfilling your needs. And let's not forget about the ladies at the front checkout.   • "Just want to tell you all what a great dealership you have. When my clutch cable broke on Sunday (8/7) and we were stopping in Columbus to get ice cream on a hot day, my clutch cable decided to break. Well, all I could think about was it's Sunday and nobody will be open. How will I get my little green snot home? But,one phone call and here come your truck and trailer to pick her up. Just a while later and she is done and we can could continue on our way! Best all all....the price! I think I scared the Service department when I was totally shocked! Again, thank you all so much!"

  • "I was on my way to Florida when I had a small breakdown on a Friday Night. I went to Mann's H-D on Saturday morning and with in 30 minutes I was on my way again. They were having a big event at the time but that didn't make any difference they got right to it and got me on my way. I was so impressed that on my way back I stopped back by and bought some stuff that I could have gotten when I got home, but they treated so good that I just had to get the stuff their. THESE PEOPLE ARE GREAT !!!!!!!!!!!!Thank You !!"

  • "This is the fourth bike I have bought through this dealership. My first one was in 2004 while I was deployed to Iraq. Rich Harding worked with my wife to have it delivered to my house so it was there when I got home. I have since bought three more from Rich. Rich and entire sales staff are the greatest. They have never pressured me and have always listened to what I was wanting in a bike. The service department has been the greatest. Larry has always been so helpful when I needed service. One time my bike broke down while I was on a ride near Lafayette, In and they were on the spot to get my bike and to get it fixed because of a recall on the bike. I also want to commend Chris and Brian on taking care of my every need on servicing my bike. They are very detailed in doing there jobs and making it a truly enjoyable experience. Mann's Harley-Davidsons is in my book the best dealership in the state of Indiana."

  • "I was looking to purchase a Harley for my husband as an Anniversary present and called an spoke with Rich,.. I originally had asked about a 2011 Harley and decided it was more than I could spend at the time and Rich then informed me that he had one he thought I would be interested in and emailed me pictures of it.. all while my husband knew nothing.. Rich was absolutely awesome to work with and answered every questions I had. My Husband is a proud new owner of a Harley and he Loves it..I can not express how wonderful it was to work with Rich during this process and how caring he was towards us.   • "My wife and I decided to make the 70 mile trip over to your dealership just to visit on Saturday, June 13, 2015. On the way there, the throttle acted up on our 2010 Harley Ultra Glide causing the throttle system to go into Safe Mode. I called your service department and explained our situation. Chris in Service came on the phone and literally walked me through the reset procedure. The bike fired up and we finished the trip to your shop. When we arrived we went to the service department to see if they could take a look at it. Honestly, on a Saturday afternoon, I expected the "big city dealership response" but was quite pleasantly surprised when the guys told me to bring it right in. So while they were working on it, my wife and I went across the street for lunch. When we got back, the bike was done! We did some shopping at the dealership and then headed home and finished out a great day of riding.We would like to express our sincerest thanks and appreciation for the way we were treated. Even though we had never stepped foot in your dealership before, we were treated like long time customers. We will definitely be repeat customers!

  • "I was hit by a texting driver on my completely customized Streetglide last Friday and the bike was hurt pretty bad and is going to require a lot of work to get back to the condition it was in prior to being hit...I want to say how impressed I am with Chris Derringer and his efforts to get the project started and get the parts ordered as quickly as possible to get things done in a timely manner..I know for a fact he stayed on the phone until at least 8:30 on a Friday night before he was going on vacation to try and make sure things were in place to get the bike done as quickly as possible..Your not going to find a better HD service department in the state of indiana...These guys at Mann's truely give everything they have to take care of their customers..I can tell you from over 10 years of experience with Mann's HD Service Department..These guys are absolutely the best in the business!! So forget the rest and come to the best...You won't regret it I promise you.

  • "I just wanted to drop a note to Chris and Kurt and the entire service department for doing such a great job of turning my 2014 Streetglide into a bada-- bagger over the past several months.These guys went way beyond any expectations I had with the project. They do outstanding work and everything is done with the riding experience kept in mind.. If your planning on upgrading your bike in any way, your making a mistake if you don't have the work done here..By the way... I am from Fishers Indiana and I drive by at least 2 other HD Stores to bring my bike here and its totally worth it.Thank You Guys.. You do Amazing Work!!

  • "My name is Scott and own a 2014 Street glide. I Bought the bike new with upgraded sound systey, (BOOM audio 6.5gt With upgraded fairing speakers, Saddle bag lid speakers, lower fairing speakers, fairing amp and Saddle bag amp as well) Top of the line harley all the way. I brought the bike into your service department with an audio programming issue. Chris in service greeted me listened to my problem and went WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. The problem was from the factory that the front amp had not been programed to turn on. Chris spent time in resolving and reprograming the audio system as I waited. And then If that wasnt enough he went over the entire set up with me before he released the bike back to me. And now to hear the sound sytem with all six speakers and two amps playing like they should Is AMAZING! Thank you again Chris and Manns Harley Davidson.

  • "I had been wanting a Harley for years. When I was finally able to get one I searched the internet for prices starting with Manns since I all ready knew where they were located since I was in the guards going to Camp Atterbury. I searched Harleys in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio and found the softail I wanted and the cheapest price at Manns. Rich and the whole staff was very nice and patient with me through the whole process of purchasing my Softail. Even though my wife and I were like two kids in a candy store. Even the service department was very nice and patient by adding the security system for me while the purchase was being made. I thank Rich for staying late to finish the deal and the whole staff for making my purchase a very exciting, happy, and painless one. Rich and the whole staff ROCK. THANK YOU SO MUCH for all of your help and patience.

I live almost 120 miles away but id rather come here for my parts and service needs they went into every detail and so forth to insure i understood what i really wanted to get out of my performance v twin engine thanks guy's and i look forward to comeing back in the future.

  • "Thank You!!!! To Chris and the service department for taking care of my intermittent"" turn signal problem. on 8-25. I scheduled for Saturday, A.M. service, it started working Ok and I cancelled. Saturday PM, it recurred again. A TX call in the early afternoon to service, and I got my Road King in about 3:45PM. Chris had me going again by 5:00 pm. Turned out to be a ""more major problem than a minor fix"" as I say. Thanks for your assistance and a job well done. Your dealership was initially recommeded to me by an acquaintance here in south Indy. I will do the same.

  • "I purchased, and had my security module installed on my '09 Night Rod Special. I came in late on a Sunday afternoon, and the staff jumped right now getting it installed, and ride ready. I will definitely come back for more parts and service.

  • "I drove 100 miles to look at a Electra Glide I saw on Craigs list. Pulled off the exit and saw Mann's. Popped in for a quick look and met Rich. What a nice guy and answered a bunch of Questions for me even thought he knew I was buying a bike down the street. Long story Short. he pointed out a beautiful 2006 RK Custom in Black Pearl. loved it... but had to go. Turns out the other bike was a POS so I called Rich back up. scheduled a test drive 4 days later. Then bought the damn thing! GReat service, low pressure, great parts guy Dave and the service team added my accessories for me real quick so I could pick up my bike in a few days. Cant say enough about Rich and the whole team there! First Class Operation! I think I would even drive a hundred miles to buy all my parts and get my service there even though there are two dealerships within 20 miles of my house! thanks guys!
