Had to stop by and exchange a Fathers Day Gift and did so with no problem and very helpful sales staff. We were on our way to Brown County and about 10 miles down the road my bike died... I call HOG and they had me towed back to YOU MANNN'S H D and to my surprize and delite your service dept was OPEN and Diagnosed and repaired my bike in record time. " I wanted a newer bike but had no intentions of buying a brand new one. Saw the one I liked on the showroom floor and went back just to satisfy my curiousity. Rich couldn't have made it any easier to buy! Even though I live an hour and a half away he worked with me via e-mail and phone until everything was right. Even volunteered to stay as long as I needed when I finally got to come down and pick up my 09 Electra Glide. He was attentative without applying any pressure to buy. Even understood when I wanted to take a week to shop interest rates. It was worth the drive!"

"I just bought a 2009 Ultra Classic 2 weeks ago. When my wife and I walked in to see Rich he knew we were ready to buy. He did everything possible to get us exactly what we wanted. In fact the new bike was stiil in the box but he got the service department right on it and got it ready in a couple of days. Rich was eager to trade in my 2003 Road King which I had purchased new from Mann's as well. Julie, Beth and Rich (also Dave in parts)have always given me the five star treatment and that is why I am giving them the five star rating they deserve!"

"I have made many different purchases at Mann's Harley Davidson. I have known Larry since he opened the first shop on the corner of hwy 7 and us 31. Had some service work done and had many questions answered and always treated very nicely. I took many test rides at at Larry's shop when other dealers would not let anyone test ride a new Harley. It took many years and several test rides prior to making the jump to buying a Harley. If it wasn't for Larry letting me ride the Harleys I would never have nade my first purchase of a 1992 FLTCU. Then I sold it after 2 years and 24,000 miles and bought the 1994 FLTCU I still own to this day. I didn't get them from Larry but that's another story. He still has done work on both of them. Hopefully Harley Davidson will come back with the FLTCU Ultra Classic Gluide and my next bike purchase will be from Mann's. "

"This is the best Harley dealer in the area, everyone at Mann's will bend over backwards to take care of you. I bought my wifes nightster here as they get all my business now. I have friends that ride over an hour to get their bikes here for the service department, the best service department I have ever seen. Once you have work done here you will never go anywhere else. "I bought a 2008 heritage soft tail on 2/19/2008. I had been there on several occasions looking at bikes. I bought my bike at Mann's because Randy was very honest,sincere and professional.It just felt like it was the best place to make my first bike purchase in twenty five years.I haven't picked my bike up yet due to inclimate weather.Randy said he would have it delivered, but I thought since I haven't ridden in a while the ride straight up 31N would be a good starting point.I briefly met sales,parts and service associates and I can why Mann's is successful.I look forward to a long and lasting friendship.

"I cannot thank enough everyone at Manns HD that made my 2008 105th Anniversary Ultra Glide truly a unique experience. From Dave who was infinitely patient as I struggled with the decision to Randy who completed "the deal", to Dave in Parts and Larry in Service....you all have demonstrated why Harley Davidson is an experience and not just a motorcycle (though I love my "dream" machine as well!!)
I chose to travel 25 miles from Greenwood to Manns because of that superior experience.
The only item that I wish Manns supported is on-line accessory ordering. Sometimes, I just want to sit back on my PC and look thru all the options, then place an order. Whether I pick it up at the dealership or have it shipped to my home, being 25 miles away sure makes on-line buying a plus.
I look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with the Manns Dealership family!!
